Money talks.
All Blacks star Aaron Cruden is set to be the latest southern hemisphere star to make the move to France in a blockbuster move that’s send to land him a whopping €1m a year.
Cruden has been linked with a host of Premiership and Top 14 sides in recent weeks but Midi Olympique are now reporting this morning that Cruden’s switch to Montpellier is “imminent”.
Jake White’s side already have Jesse Mogg, Nemani Nadolo, Nic White, Francois Steyn and whole other host of southern hemishpere sides on their books.
White however will not be the man to benefit from Cruden’s move as he is set to depart from Montpellier at the end of the season, with Scotland coach Vern Cotter set to take over in another mega money move.
