World-class.
Things didn’t exactly go to plan for Ireland in Paris last night as they fell to a 35-27 defeat to France, handing the Six Nations championship to England in the process.
The men in green showed glimpses of greatness at times but overall the performance simply wasn’t good enough and they were outclassed by a French side who seem to be on the cusp of something great.
But let’s not forget the good moments from last night’s game and one particularly great moment at that in Robbie Henshaw’s absolute worldie of a solo try in the second half.
The Leinster centre replaced Ringrose in the starting line-up after his provincial teammate broke his jaw and was on of Ireland’s best performers. Just look at this try again. Out of absolutely nothing. Simply fantastic.
