Absolute bollox.
Irish fans are absolutely furious following an absolutely shocking call from referee Wayne Barnes and his officiating team in Paris.
With Ireland trailing 7-0, the men in green looked to get back into the game with a lovely chip in behind from captain Johnny Sexton to put Hugo Keenan in for what looked to be a certain try.
But as the ball looked set to fall into his hands, a push from Anthony Bouthier following by an illegal slap into touch resulted in a penalty only and a yellow card for the fullback.
This is despite the fact that Keenan was certain to score. Soon after Ireland got their try through centurion Cian Healy to make it 7-7. A penalty from Sexton made it 10-7 to the Irish.
Penalty try all day long.

But ironically in the 29th minute, Barnes awarded France a penalty try in similarish circumstances. You didn’t get that one wrong did you, Wayne?
Shocking call from the Englishman.
It’s two minutes to half-time at the time of writing. Ireland trail 17-3. They need a six-point win to lift the championship.
😫😫😫
Bad mistake from Jacob Stockdale.
Caelan Doris with the foul.
