Monster.
Ireland international Sean O’Brien made his long-awaited return to rugby with London Irish back in March following nearly a year out of action – before disaster struck and the season was suspended.
But O’Brien appears to have kept himself busy during the crisis – getting into absolutely ridiculous shape as he looks to get back on a rugby field with the Premiership set to return on August 15.
The former Leinster flanker turned 33 back in February but looks to be in the best shape of his career following a frustrating couple of seasons with injury.
If O’Brien manages to keep fit he could take the Premiership by storm and while he’s no longer eligible for Ireland selection – there’s a Lions tour coming up in 2021 and could very well be on the plan if he can get back to his best.
