You can relive the famous ‘Clash of the Codes’ matches between Wigan and Bath this Friday from 7pm on Sky Sports Arena – and to celebrate the broadcaster has had a go at picking a modern-day ‘Rugby Union XII’ to take on their league counterparts.
The famous series saw the two codes battle it out to see which code reigns supreme with many stakeholders calling for it to be reintroduced as part of rugby’s relaunch in the coming weeks and months.
There has been talk of a Nations championship again and even a possible Club World Cup – so why not bring back ‘Clash of the Codes’ to inject some life into both games.
