Red card.
England are 2020 Six Nations Triple Crown champions for the first time since 2016 thanks to a 33-30 win over Wales at Twickenham this evening.
The hosts were 33-16 ahead at one stage but a late fightback from Wales saw them put some serious gloss on the scoreline. The away side were 20-9 down at half-time but battled on in the second half.
Joe Marler made headlines for his rather interesting ‘tussle’ with Wales lock Alun Wyn Jones but the big talking point since full-time has been the Manu Tuilagi’s red card for a dangerous tackle on George North.
Referee Ben O’Keeffe discussed the decision in length with his TMO and in the end, it was decided that Tuilagi’s shoulder hit on North’s head warranted a red card despite the fact that the Wales winger was so low when the hit came in.
The Virgin Media lads reckon Tuilagi is a “serial offender” and to be fair they’ve got a point.
"He's a serial offender!"

Elsewhere, things are pretty divided.
Tuilagi red card is one of the most bull shit calls I’ve seen in rugby… and I’m a neutral in this game. #ENGvWAL

Obvious red card for Manu Tuilagi which left George North lucky to be able to stand up for the England centre's apologetic embrace. Terrific match, grandstand Welsh finish, better team won.

Absolutely terrible refereeing all afternoon. That is never a red card and was certainly no where near as bad as Parkes on Tuilagi in the first half. Marius Jonker and Ben O’Keefe should not be in charge of a test match for a very long time. #ENGvWAL

No issue with the Tuilagi red card if this is given the same treatment. Tuilagi’s tackle on North was certainly red card worthy, but North was being brought to the ground. That makes this tackle even more horrendous with no attempt to go low #ENGvWAL pic.twitter.com/q9rqtecRr1

Tuilagi appears to attempt a wrap but fails. Either way, people are divided on the decision. Have a look for yourself below.
