Ireland will have a chance to gain revenge on Japan next year when they take on Jamie Joseph’s side at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on November 21.

Japan stunned Ireland the Rugby World Cup last month when they defeated the men in green during the pool stages. The Brave Blossoms wowed audiences with throughout the tournament, winning all their pool games before being knocked out by eventual winners South Africa in the quarter-finals.

The IRFU has already officially confirmed Tests against Australia and World Champions South Africa in Dublin next year, in what promises to be a fantastic series as Ireland look to bounce back from their World Cup woes under new boss Andy Farrell.

As for Japan they now have games against England, Ireland and Scotland scheduled for next year as they look to continue to grow and become serious players in world rugby.
