Barbarians Name First Batch Of Players As Very Special Referee Appointed For Clash Vs Wales

Baa-Baas.

Famous touring side the Barbarians have named their first batch of players for their hugely anticipated clash against Wales at the Principality Stadium on November 30th.

Former France international Mathieu Bastareaud, South Africa’s Tendai ‘Beast’ Mtawarira, Herschel Jantijies and Ramiro Herrera will all wear the famous black and white for the game with plenty more still to be announced.

It will be Wayne Pivac’s first game in charge of Wales – and the Baa-Baas will be coached by none other Warren Gatland, who will return to Cardiff for his own first match after leading Wales into the World Cup in Japan.

And if that’s not enough, Welsh referee Nigel Owens has been granted a special dispensation to take charge of his home nation in what promises to be a very special day for him. November 30th can’t come soon enough.
