He’s back.
Legendary All Blacks playmaker is back in the big time after signing a contract with former club Racing 92 until the end of the season.
The 36-year-old former World Player of the Year departed the French giants at the end of last season to take up a contract with Japanese club the Kobelco Steelers, who he helped to win the Top League title in his first season in Japan.
Carter was also named the MVP of the league and joins Racing as a medical joker following the unfortunate early retirement of Springbok outhalf Pat Lambie due to concussion.
Carter, who will turn 37 on March 5, will arrive in Paris in early March, according to RMC Sport. The New Zealander will no doubt be hoping he can add a first ever European Cup to his long list of accolades.
