Bumps and bruises.
The Ireland squad arrived into Melbourne on Sunday evening after a short flight from Brisbane following Saturday’s opening Test with Australia at Suncorp Stadium.
Following the narrow nine-point loss to Michael Cheika’s side, Ireland have issued the following squad update:
Munster winger Keith Earls will go through the graduated return to play protocols following his removal from the field on Saturday for a HIA.
That apart there are the usual sore bodies and bumps and bruises associated with a high quality Test match.
Joe Schmidt will name his team for the 2nd Test early Thursday morning.
