Everybody was kung-fu fighting.
The Waratahs currently lead the Hurricanes 8-0 at the time of writing in their Super Rugby game at Allianz stadium. But things have just gotten a lot worse for the Highlanders.
Winger Tevita Nabura has just been red carded for an insane ‘karate kick’ on Tahs wing Cam Clark.
Highlanders captain Ben Smith tried to plead his case, stating it was accidental as he tried to gather the high ball. But the referee wasn’t convinced, with Nabura clearly making eye-contact with Clark as he connected with the kick.
Utter madness.
