Fourth star?
Leinster take on French giants Racing 92 in the Champions Cup final this weekend, chasing a record-equaling fourth European title.
Heading into the game the Irish province have few injury concerns. Sure there’s no Sean O’Brien, but the Ireland and Lions flanker has only played a bit part role this season due to injury. His replacement Dan Leavy meanwhile, is arguably the form seven in Europe right now.
The only blow Leo Cullen has been struck with this week has been the loss of Fergus McFadden. The Ireland winger has been in fine form this season, and will be missed, especially from a defensive point of view. But as one drops out, another comes back in, with Luke McGrath set to start after recovering from an ankle problem.
His return paves the way for the mercurial James Lowe to come back into the side and take McFadden’s place. Other than that it’s pretty much all systems go for the men in blue, with no other changes from the win over Scarlets in the semi-final.
