Jones has his man.
England head coach Eddie Jones has revealed that he has found his new England backs/attack coach. The Australian has been actively seeking to bring someone in after England’s poor Six Nations campaign.
Rory Teague had worked with Jones as England backs coach before he left to take up a role with French side Bordeaux Begles last year. Jones has admitted the new man will be a familiar face, having worked with him before.
“Certainly we need to bring in another coach to help with the attack,” the England head coach told BBC Sport.
“We are looking to take another coach on tour, and I’ve got the right person for this tour.
“When the time is right we will announce it. It’s certainly someone I have worked with before.”
England play the Springboks in Johannesburg on June 9, Bloemfontein on June 16 and Newlands on June 23.
