Three down, two to go.
This year’s Six Nations has proved to be one of the most exciting in recent memory. Any talk of a Lions hangover has been well and truly put to bed, with all four home nations winning some big games.
Ireland are currently in the driving seat as the only undefeated team in the tournament so far, with much of that down to their star names hitting form just at the right time.
Sexton has been incredible, and has been ranked as the top player in the Six Nations after three rounds by The Telegraph. His teammate Keith Earls isn’t far behind in third.
Scotland’s Huw Jones continues to impress, and has been rewarded with a spot in second, while England’s Owen Farrell and Scotland captain John Barclay also make the top 5.
Here’s the Telegraph’s Top 10.
1. Johnny Sexton
2. Huw Jones
3. Keith Earls
4. Owen Farrell
5. John Barclay
6. Conor Murray
7. Joe Launchbury
