Rhys Webb is set to walk away from the Ospreys and the WRU after opting to sign for French giants Toulon according to WalesOnline.
The British & Irish Lions scrumhalf is set to follow in the footsteps of his halfback partner Dan Biggar, and quit Welsh rugby in favour of a big money move outside of the PRO14.
An ‘impeccable source in France’ has confirmed to WalesOnline the switch will happen, with an announcement imminent.
