European champions Saracens are currently on a pre-season training camp in Bermuda and have been sharing some brilliant clips of some rather unorthodox passing drills.

Earlier this week they posted a video of an audacious diving board passing drill that oh so very nearly came off, before posting a second attempt yesterday that they managed to pull off.

Now Mako Vunipola has posted a video of him doing a 360 splash, and it’s probably the best thing you’re gonna see today. Make sure you have the sound on.
