New Zealand rugby is not happy to be losing this man.
Chiefs winger James Lowe is set to join Leinster at the end of the current Super Rugby season in a surprise deal that was announced a few months back.
The skilful winger is just 24 years of age and was expected to very much be a part of Steve Hansen’s All Blacks squad come Rugby World Cup 2019, and it’s easy to see why with some of his performances this season.
He grabbed his sixth try of the season this morning, tearing through the Queensland Reds’ defence with some excellent footwork. The defence was questionable, but Lowe still had a lot to do and took full advantage.
Leinster fans will be licking their lips at the prospect of this man plying his trade in Dublin next season.
