What does the diet of a Lions and Wales captain consist of?
Standing at almost 6ft 2in and weighing in close to 100kg, Sam Warburton is no small man and maintaining that size, while playing at the very highest level of rugby, requires an insane diet to back it up.
The Cardiff flanker was on hand on BBC Wales News today to explain just exactly how insane that diet is and what it consists of. It’s pretty ridiculous and consists of over 4,500 calories a day.
