Magic.
After watching what can only be described as a “game for the purists” last night between Munster and Leinster in the PRO14 – it’s fantastic to see some serious rugby being played this morning in the North vs South game.
The game, which features the very best talent New Zealand Rugby has to offer, has been an absolute joy to watch so far, with both teams playing with skill, freedom and accuracy.
The skill levels, in particular, have been outer-worldly at times with this Damian McKenzie try in the first-half a perfect example of the kind of brilliant rugby that’s been on display.
It might look simple but so many teams fail to take advantage quite like the north does here. The support lines, the angles, the accuracy in passing, the sheer speed of play. Absolute poetry in motion.
This is just pure skill.#NorthvSouth
