They’ve done it again.
It appears England have gone and done it again by celebrating a Grand Slam prematurely, only for Ireland to spoil their plans.
The Times published an article today by pundit Stuart Barnes, reflecting on the unbelievable tale that is Eddie Jones’ tenure, who apparently secured back-to-back Grand Slams and an unbeaten Test record yesterday.
‘From the appointment of Eddie Jones through to securing back-to-back Grand Slams and a world record sequence of tier-one Test victories [19], this has been an almost unbelievable tale.’
