Au revoir Louis.
New Les Blues head coach Jacques Brunel has named a 32-man strong France squad ahead of their Six Nations opener against Ireland in Paris next month.
Interestingly Matthieu Bastareaud has been named in the squad, with his disciplinary hearing over alleged homophobic remarks adjourned from this morning, with a decision expected later today.
Brunel has surprisingly left the likes of Louis Picamoles and Francois Trinh-Duc out of his squad, with Picamoles’ absence the most notable and shocking.
