Biggar is back.
Wales head coach Warren Gatland has named his team to take on Ireland in the Six Nations at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday.
Dan Biggar has been named in the starting line-up after recovering from injury ahead of schedule.
Liam Williams and Leigh Halfpenny also both come back into the starting line-up. George North has been named on the bench, with Steff Evans retaining his spot on the left wing.
There is no place in the match squad for Bath number eight Taulupe Faletau, who was declared fit on Monday.
Gareth Anscombe will provide cover from the bench, while Rhys Patchell and Josh Adams miss out altogether.
