What a try.
Once upon a time England, Lions and Leicester hooker was a centre before switching to the front row. The 5’9, 102kg star switched positions thanks to advice from then Tigers coach Heyneke Meyer.
The move to hooker obviously paid off as Youngs has carved out a pretty successful career ever since the switch with 28 caps for England as well as being selected to tour with the Lions to Australia in 2013.
What may surprise you however is that Youngs was actually a pretty decent back as illustrated in the video below. The young star, seen here playing on the wing shows his fancy footwork in a well executed finish.
