Connacht kicked off their European Challenge Cup campaign in style in Krasnoyarsk on Saturday morning with a solid 14-31 win over Enisei-STM.
Pat Lam’s side made the 6,000 km trip for their tournament opener and were greeted by what must have been some of the harshest weather conditions they’ve ever played rugby in.
The players had to play inn-17 degree temperatures with the subs resorting to blankets on the sideline. Watch the full game below.
