Peter O’Mahony made his long awaited return for Munster today in their demolition of Zebre in Thomond Park.
The Irish flanker has been sidelined since Ireland’s Rugby World Cup game against France over a year ago. His side ran out impressive winners over Zebre in the game, scoring seven tries.
CJ Stander continued his rich vain of form by bagging two tries as did Darren Sweetnam who grabbed the opening try and picked himself up the man of the match award.
Up next it’s a battle of the provinces as Munster take on Leinster in the Aviva next weekend.
