Blink and you’ll miss it.
Premiership giants Wasps fought back to edge out a spirited Worcester Warriors side yesterday, winning 21-20 despite being down 13-0 at one stage in the game.
Bill Searle’s late penalty proved to be enough, with Worcester outhalf Duncan Weir missing a late chance to snatch victory for the home side.
Tries from Ryan Mills and Sam Lewis had Wasps on the rocks in the early stages, but Dai Young’s men fought back with scores of their own through England international Joe Launchbury and Tommy Taylor.
Taylor’s effort proved to be the score of the game thanks to an excellent break from scrumhalf Dan Robson, who offloaded beautifully to put the hooker through. Have a watch below.
