Ah lads.
Gloucester’s Premiership season looks to be off to a flying start, with the Cherry and Whites leading Northampton Saints 21-11 at the time of writing as we approach half-time.
Cipriani opened the scoring with a penalty before Australian James Hanson made it 8-0 to Gloucester with a try off the back of a well worked maul.
Northampton fought back into the game with a try of their own through Piers Francis, but the crowd were on their feet soon after thanks to England international Danny Cipriani.
