Wales international Dominic Day is heading to Japan at the end of the season, Bath Rugby have confirmed.
The 30-year-old is ‘seeking a fresh challenge’ as he makes the move to the Top League.
Day was part of Warren Gatland’s 2015 World Cup squad lasy year having made his debut in the warm-up match against Joe Schmidt’s Ireland.
“I’ve absolutely loved my time with Bath, and will be sad to leave,” said Day.
This has been an incredible club to be part of for the last four years, and I’ll be watching and cheering the team on from Japan.
“I’d like to thank all the people who I’ve played with and worked with, and the supporters of Bath, who have been fantastic.”
