Brothers Rob & Dave Kearney have been ruled out of Ireland’s tour of South Africa this month.
The duo join Johhny Sexton and Luke Fitzgerald who were both also ruled out of the tour to South Africa this week. The news will come as both a blow and a blessing in disguise as it now paves the way for some of Ireland’s younger stars to shine.
Ian Madigan has been called in to replace Sexton with Connacht duo Tiernan O’Halloran and Matt Healy coming into replace Rob Kearney and Luke Fitzgerald. Craig Gilroy will come in to take the place of Dave Kearney.
