Joe Schmidt has no doubt been keeping a watchful eye on the Champions Cup fixtures so far this weekend and so far he will no doubt be filled with mixed emotions.
The good news is Robbie Henshaw made his return for Connacht and grabbed a try in their Challenge Cup win. The bad news is both Jonny Sexton and Marty Moore have come off injured in Leinster’s game against Wasps.
Sexton came off with a concussion and with his history will no doubt now be a doubt for Ireland’s opener. Moore hobbled off in the second half with what appeared to be a serious ligament injury, potentially ruling him out also.
