The news we were all expecting broke this morning. Paul O’Connell has played his final game for Ireland.
One of the greatest players the world has ever seen has had his World Cup and Ireland farewell cut short as a result of a horror injury on Sunday against France.
We’ve opened up this thread so everyone can write a message to Paul O’Connell, which we will then send to the towering lock to show him how appreciated is he by fans not just in Ireland, but all over the world.
