Staying put.
Taulupe Faletau will not be returning to Wales, after the number eight put pen to paper on a new long-term deal with current club Bath.
The Wales international joined Bath from Welsh region Dragons from the start of the 2016-17 season.
He has gone on to make 29 appearances for Bath and also featured during the British and Irish Lions’ tour of New Zealand in the summer of 2017.
“I’m delighted to extend my contract at Bath. I feel my best years are still ahead of me,” Faletau said.
Faletau has already reached the threshold for Wales selection with 72 caps, meaning he will remain available for international selection.
