Ireland are yet to record a win in this year’s RBS Six Nations.
The back to back champions were hoping to retain their trophy this year for an unprecedented third time in a row but a barrage of injuries and unlucky decisions has left them winless after three rounds.
The Triple Crown and Grand Slam were gone after their first round draw with Wales in the Aviva Stadium and after back to back losses to France and England, Ireland’s hopes of retaining the Six Nations trophy are also over.
However there is a trophy that Ireland can still get their hands on this year- the wooden spoon.
All the men in green have to do to ensure they get their hands on this prestigious trophy is lose to both Italy and Scotland. Winning the Six Nations is so 2015 anyway. Wooden Spoon’s are where it’s at in 2016. #COYBIG
