Lions fans were today given their first taste of next summer’s tour to New Zealand as Canterbury launched their much anticipated British & Irish Lions training collection.
Designed to meet the demands of the world’s elite rugby players, the range will be worn by the touring squad selected to travel to New Zealand in 2017.
The new training range utilises Canterbury’s advanced fabric technologies; VAPOSHIELD, THERMOREG and VAPODRI+, resulting in a collection of training items that are more breathable, lightweight and weather resistant than ever.
The breadth of the range has also been designed to deliver maximum comfort for the British & Irish Lions travelling needs, on their journey through New Zealand. As a result, fans will now be able to emulate their Lions heroes in the stands as well as on the pitch.
Alongside the iconic red training items, products are available in green, white and blue in recognition of the four nations that make up the British & Irish Lions.
