Picking The Ireland Team For This Weekend’s Huge Warm-Up Clash With England

Revenge.

Ireland’s Rugby World Cup preparations continue this weekend with a huge clash with old rivals England at Twickenham.

The last time the two sides met was in the Six Nations at the Aviva Stadium back in February – with Ireland dominated in a huge win for Eddie Jones’ side that ended their undefeated run at home.

England have enjoyed a mixed warm-up campaign so far, defeating Wales at home before losing to Gatland’s men on Saturday. Ireland meanwhile defeated Italy in the only warm-up game so far, but were far from their best.

Joe Schmidt fielded a relatively inexperienced side that day but looks to set to bring back a number of his ‘big guns’ this weekend as he looks to get his star men firing before they jet out to Japan.

With that being said here’s the side we reckon he should pick for Saturday’s hugely anticipated clash. Let us know in the comments if you would make any changes.
