Conor Murray has returned to training for Munster after starring in this summer’s British & Irish Lions tour of New Zealand.
The Limerick man cemented his place this summer as the best nine in world rugby, coming up against his closest rival Aaron Smith and getting the better of him throughout the series.
Murray isn’t expected back for Munster until around Round 5, along with other fellow Lions CJ Stander and Peter O’Mahony, but it’s safe to say he’s in incredible shape ahead of his return for the southern province.
He recently posted a photo to his Instagram of a photoshoot for Maxi Muscle, and Murray is looking seriously jacked!
