Former England captain Owen Farrell was having absolutely none of Sale Sharks prop Bevan Rodd on Saturday following some questionable antics.

Rodd went down rather dramatically as Saracens and Sale Sharks met in a huge Gallagher Premiership clash and Farrell was sure to make his feelings known.

Farrell ran in as soon as he spotted Bevan milking a ‘nudge’ and had some choice words for his former England teammate.

“You soft prick!” Farrell said pointing at Rodd after he fell to the floor.

“That’s pathetic Bevan, pathetic, you diving git!”

Referee Luke Pearce was just as annoyed with Rodd over his antics.

“Bevan, listen mate, I know he nudged you, but I’m not sure it needed a Lionel Messi dive, okay?” he said.
