English Championship Nottingham have secured the services of Munster youngster Gearoid Lyons.
The 21-year-old out-half will join another Munster youngster in Jordan Coghlan at Nottingham next season, who will be led in 2016/17 by current Munster assistant coach Ian Costello.
“Gearoid is a player we’ve had our eye on for a while and will be a great fit for us here at The Bay,” said Simon Beatham, Nottingham’s Director of Rugby.
“He’s quick, he’s competitive and he’s got bags of potential and I’ve no doubt that he’ll settle in well and start battling for that starting jersey with the other boys.”
