Ah feck.
Keith Earls will definitely miss Munster’s crucial Champions Cup quarter final clash with Toulon at Thomond Park next Saturday.
The winger injured his knee in Ireland’s Grand Slam win over England at Twickenham last week, and was unable to finish the game. It’s now been confirmed he faces up to six weeks out.
“It has been confirmed that the winger, who sustained knee ligament damage in Twickenham last Saturday, will not be available for approximately six weeks, ruling him out of the Champions Cup quarter final against Toulon on March 31.” Munster said.
A cruel blow for the 30-year-old who’s been in the form of his life.
Get well soon Keith.
