Match Officials Confirmed For This Weekend’s Six Nations Games

Super Saturday.

The Six Nations sadly comes to a close this weekend, but it’s set to finish in some style with three cracking fixtures to look forward to.

Up first Scotland will travel to Rome hoping to to finish in some style with a win. Italy meanwhile will be aiming to spare some blushes and try and get their first win of the competition. Pascal Gauzere of France will take charge of that game, with Jérôme Garcès and Andrew Brace assisting him.

Then we’ve got the main event as Ireland bid to win their first Grand Slam in almost a decade when they take on England at Twickenham. Angus Garder will referee this game with Jaco Peyper and Nigel Owens assisting him.

Welshman Nigel Owens was drafted in last minute, after World Rugby decided to remove South African Marius van der Westhuizen for assisting England in training earlier this week.

Finally we’ve got Wale and France bringing the curtain down at the Principality. Gatland’s men are battling for seconds place, with New Zealand’s Ben O’Keeffe set to take charge of this affair. He will be assisted by two Englishmen in Wayne Barnes and Luke Pearce.
