Leinster will begin the defence of their United Rugby Championship title with two matches in South Africa.
Leo Cullen’s side open their campaign against the Lions in Johannesburg on Saturday, September 26, before travelling to Durban to face the Sharks one week later.
Their first competitive match at the redeveloped Laya Arena will come against Cardiff on October 10, while Munster visit the Aviva Stadium for the opening interprovincial clash of the season later that month.
Leinster have also been drawn alongside Glasgow Warriors, Sale Sharks, Leicester Tigers, Clermont Auvergne and Section Paloise in Pool 1 of the Champions Cup. They will face four of those sides during the pool stage, beginning away to Clermont.
Every Leinster match in the URC and Champions Cup will be available live on Premier Sports in Ireland. Selected URC fixtures may also be shown free-to-air on TG4, with those selections to be confirmed.
