Hamstrung.
England have been dealt another blow in the front-row ahead of their Six Nations opener with Conor O’Shea’s Italy.
Harlequins and Lions tighthead prop Kyle Sinckler has been forced to leave England’s training camp in Portugal, with Bath’s Henry Thomas set to replace him.
Sinckler arrived in Vilamoura yesterday afternoon with a possible hamstring strain and is not fit to train this week.
He will undergo further assessment and treatment with his club this week. Sinckler hasn’t played for England since last year’s Six Nations, having toured with the Lions in the summer, and missed the November International Series with a ban.
