Prolific.
Ireland are in the driving seat at the Aviva, as they lead Scotland by 14-3 at half-time in Dublin.
Joe Schmidt’s men started the game very strongly. But the Scots came back into the game, bagging the first points thanks to a well-struck penalty by scrumhalf Greig Laidlaw.
It was Ireland though, who scored the first try of the game, with Ulster winger Jacob Stockdale making a superb intercept to coast home and give Ireland a 7-3 lead.
Ireland kept the pressure on and came close on a few occasions after that, but had to wait for the final play of the half to grab their second. Once again Jacob Stockdale was the man dotting down.
Jacob Stockdale has now scored more tries (6) in a single 5/6 Nations than any other Irish player.
He’s also now scored 10 tries in his first 8 games for Ireland.
