Robbie Henshaw has been released by Joe Schmidt to play for Pat Lam’s side this weekend.
Henshaw has been named at outside centre for Connacht’s Pro12 clash against Scarlets on Saturday afternoon, after being released from the Ireland camp.
Forwards Finlay Bealham and Ultan Dillane have also been allowed to take part in provincial action after being released. Bealham starts at tighthead prop while lock Dillane has been named on the bench.
What this means regarding Henshaw starting against Wales or not we don’t quite know but could mean Schmidt won’t start the Connacht centre.
