Here we go.
Head coach Andy Farrell has named his Ireland team to face Italy at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin this weekend, with plenty of changes following last week’s disappointing result in Paris.
As expected, Ulster duo Rob Baloucoune and Cormac Izuchukwu both come into the starting line-up, as does Munster’s Craig Casey and Leinster winger, James Lowe, who missed out last week.
Jack Conan starts at Number 8 this weekend with captain Caelan Doris moving to the openside.
