Saracens, Leicester and Racing are through, Ulster must win, Munster have a very outside chance and Leinster are out.
Heading into the final round of fixtures we have just three teams guaranteed a spot in the quarter finals in one of the most open Champions Cups in recent memory. Toulon’s last gasp winner last night means the defending champions can still go through while Wasps need a win against Leinster to confirm their place.
Munster’s fans will be pleased to hear, while highly unlikely they can still qualify. Ulster need a bonus-point win and results to go their way if they are to be in with a chance of qualifying. Champions Toulon must beat Bath in their backyard to ensure qualification as do Wasps.
No doubt we are in for a thrilling weekend filled with mathematical equations!
