Where does your team rank?
How might a European club rankings list look? The guys over a Rugby Vision have been keeping aggregate now for some time, awarding points to clubs across Europe, using a similar model to that of the World Rugby international rankings.
Clubs gain points based on level of opposition, whether or not they’re playing away from home etc. It makes for some interesting reading with Leinster apparently topping the list as things stand as the top ranked club in Europe, closely following by Premiership champions Saracens.
Following an amazing season in the PRO12 and Champions Cup, Munster are right back up there with Europe’s elite, coming in third in the rankings. Have a look below and let us know what you think.
