The Lions tour of New Zealand is still several months away but that hasn’t stopped us from looking forward to it already.
Coming off the back of a massive series win over Australia, absolutely smashing the Wallabies in the final test, the Lions face the daunting task of trying to take down the back to back world champions.
If you’re thinking of making the trip next summer the Independent has put together a handy guide with all the information you might need.
Here’s a look at the important bits.
One Test Tours
Official Lions Tours range from £2,599/€3,028pp for flights, two warm up games and the first test (June 24), to £4,999/€5,824pp for a package including flights, a pair of warm-up games, airport transfers and hotel accommodation.
The tours take 14 days, kicking off with flights on June 12.
Two Test Tours
Two-test options with Lions Tours range from £6,399/€7,356pp to £7,699/€8,970pp, depending on various flight, accommodation and transfer options.
Rugby Travel Ireland’s two-test option has already sold out.
Three Test Tours
Rugby Travel Ireland has an 18-night tour including all three test matches, plus the Hurricanes game, including accommodation and flights, from €8,950pp.
A 40-day tour taking in all 10 matches, flights with Emirates, 40 nights’ accommodation and more is priced at €12,495pp
Lions Tours has flights and official tickets for three tests from £2,999/€3,494pp, with its most expensive, 40-day tour priced at £15,499/€18,059pp.
