Man down.
Lions winger Elliot Daly is a major doubt for England’s Six Nations clash with Ireland at Twickenham this Saturday.
Daly is currently wearing a protective boot on his foot with results of a scan expected today. And while it is not believed to be as serious as initially thought, he is still a major doubt for the fixture.
I am expecting @EnglandRugby to confirm later today Elliot Daly has not suffered serious foot injury but a major doubt for Ireland #rugby

Losing Daly would be a huge blow for England. Not only is he probably England’s best and most lethal finisher, he offers a huge amount with his monstrous place-kicking.
He has stepped up on a number of occasions for Jones’ side and slotted penalties from inside his own-half.
Meanwhile captain Dylan Hartley is expected to be fit.
“Dylan ran this morning (Monday) but we need to get a medical report on him,” head coach Eddie Jones said.
“I expect him to be available but we’ll just have to wait and see. If he’s fit then he’ll be playing.”
