Munster will play their first game in Thomond Park this Saturday against Edinburgh but will be without two player’s who started last weekend’s win over the Dragons.
Andrew Conway and Colm O’Shea will miss the visit of the Scottish side after the province confirmed today that both players sustained concussions — and are therefore following the return-to-play protocols.
A returning Keith Earls was withdrawn late in the game due to a tight hamstring and will take part in rehab running this week before a decision is made on his availability. Tommy O’Donnell continues to follow the return-to-play protocols after he was concussed against Cardiff Blues 11 days ago.
The good news for Munster comes in the form of Stephen Archer returning to full training this week with Peter O’Mahony and Rory Scannell also returning to training, however their sessions will be modified. [The42.ie]
